TGW

K.P. Sharma Oli who headed for New Delhipilgrimage as a special emissary to the Prime Minister of Nepal Mr. Madhav Kumar Nepalreturned home on Sunday, June 21, 2009.

The UML influential leader had left for New Delhi only few days ahead of Shiv Shankar Menon landed inKathmandu, Saturday June 20, 2009.

Oli met Menon in New Delhi prior the Indian FS arrived inKathmandu.

Oli landed home the same day the Indian Foreign secretary left for India. What a coincidence?

Mr. Oli primarily on a trip to Delhi for the treatment of his longstanding Kidney ailments, met with several influential Indian leaders, top journalists and intellectuals.

It is not confirmed whether he met the Indian medical practitioners?

“I found the Indian leadership concerned over the growing anti-Indian sentiments in Nepal”, he said adding “I assured them that nothing as such was happening in Nepal.”

Mr. Oli was talking to journalists at the Tribhuwan International Airport.

Oli as was expected of him defended the continued Indian land invasion of Nepal much similar to how Sujata Koirala-Jost defended the same a fortnight ago.

Both provided a clean chit to India and claimed that there has been no such land encroachment by the Indian side. Nepali body with Indian soul perhaps!

Oli said, “Nepali people should not unnecessarily flare up the border issue”.

“If there has been breach of international border, both sides should sit together and address the issue”.

Mr. Oli also revealed that the Maoists party will within a month or so join the UML led government.
